Shipping policy

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping is free for all orders of $59 and more. Free shipping delivery times are between 5 to 8 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order.

Once you place an order, it goes straight to our team for processing and cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, we are here to help if you are not satisfied with your experience. To submit a claim about your order, please contact us at info@goodbake.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach a clear image of the box, along with the batch number.
